The cigar cutter is carefully crafted by the Maison’s artisans. The 24 Hours of Le Mans logo is stamped on one side of the blade, while the other side bears the lucky number 8, the Maison’s first address. Inkjet printing creates straight lacquered lines symbolising movement and speed, inseparable elements of motorsport. This piece offers a sporty design evoking the spirit of motor racing in three colours.

These pieces tell the tale of Edmond Dantès, The Count of Monte Cristo, with their pattern reminiscent of the moment when everything catches fire. Light and dark, the third part of Alexandre Dumas’ novel really brings the Count of Monte Cristo to life, like when dawn follows the night. Edmond Dantès, now a major figure, takes revenge on his enemies and conquers them all.
