If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Filatex Pty Ltd understands that you may wish to return the product

Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, Filatex Pty Ltd will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, of the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase. Refunds exclude bank fees paid by Filatex Pty. Ltd. to Financial Services on purchase and refund transactions.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received them;

Item(s) are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging; and
Item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law), the consumer guarantees allow the consumer to have faulty goods refunded, repaired or replaced.

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped to you, you have the possibility to return the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds exclude bank fees paid by Filatex Pty. Ltd. to Financial Services on purchase and refund transactions.

However, if Filatex Pty Ltd has disclosed the defect to the consumer, you are not entitled to be remedied once you have purchased the item. Similarly, if you use the goods incorrectly, you will not be able to claim that the goods are faulty.

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs that might incur for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
